The receptionist is an absolute gem. She does them proud. Very friendly and helpful. I went in last week unsure if I needed a new tyre. She arranged for the mechanics to put air in the tyres....and that was all it needed (we had put air in at home, bit clearly not successfully!). This was all free of charge. Thank you Impact.
Very pleasant and helpful receptionist and they fitted me in for a same day MOT which passed and were very flexible on timing. Really accommodating and quick service. Highly recommend.
