Even with a failed MOT you get a text with a link that includes a breakdown of the issue, a video with the tester explaining/showing what's wrong, an option to go ahead with the work and the option of paying in installments. Efficient, straightforward, reliable and friendly. Can't recommend enough!
Absolutely brilliant service. Had an MOT booked and day of had a battery die. Called the garage and the guys were brilliant in accommodating and re-booking without problem. Small yet brilliant parts of service like this take away 1 thing when a day seems to be going wrong! Once car was in MOT was done quickly, communication was brilliant and advisories explained. Just a positive experience all round. Will certainly be using again!
Great garage, fitted my car in last minute. Really helpful & friendly guys there. The MOT tester (didn’t catch his name) went out of his way to get my car through its MOT. Wouldn’t hesitate to go anywhere else.
