I travel fom Nottingham to Luton regulary. Brought a car from them . Nothing wrong with the car, has actually made me change my mind about going on company car scheme. I asked about air conditioning . After mixed up dates with my self not turning up due to work Leia worked around my working hours and family commitments I really recommend ! Absolutely brilliant . Leia and the whole team helped a buying a car. Amazing customer service . Always kept up to date . Never to busy to answer questions . Would recommend them completely. Definitely will continue going to them. Can't rate highly enough.
I had blown up my clutch on Wednesday around 1pm on my way back to Kent !! I called J&B autos and not only were they able to fit and fix my car in under 2 days but also referred me straight away to a towing company who was able to pick the car up and drop it straight to their garage. Lovely and very helpful people who also gave me up dates on the car over the 2 days! AMAZING EXPERIENCE WITH J&B autos !! Would definitely recommend
Fantastic customer service and amazing technical skills. After some poor work was carried out by an insurance company garage, I took my car to J&B they fixed the issues that the insurance company could not and sent my photos and a full report of what had been done wrong by the other garage. I can't thank them enough! With a previous car they diagnosed an exhaust sensor issue that another garage had told me it was impossible to limit it to one sensor and I need to replace all 5! J&B replaced the one faulty sensor and it has worked ever since.
We have used J & B Autos for three years and have been highly impressed in all dealings with them. It has mostly been servicing and MOT's but when a part failed and we needed work doing quickly they were very helpful in fitting us into a busy schedule and sourcing and fitting the part. Everything is always clearly explained and I always feel like a valued customer when in contact. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them and look forward to dealing with them for many years to come. Try them when you need your car sorting - you will not be disappointed.
