It was recommended by another local garage, who couldn’t unfortunately get me in. They were busy but managed to fit me in a few days later. The service was brilliant, they kept in touch with me regarding work etc and I got my car back the same day. My car is so important for me to be able to do my job, so it was just brilliant to have such a quick turnaround and high level of service. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future. Thank you again.
Fast at responding to messages. Very knowledgeable and got me in quick to change a bust motorcycle tyre…. Ended up needing a little more work but that was no surprise. Excellent communication and friendly staff. Will definitely be using John cooper again. Thanks guys
Excellent service every time. Really helpful, polite and pleasant chaps. Used them the first time when I was let down by another garage and I haven’t looked back. I take all my cars to them for MOT, diagnostics and repairs. They have always taken the time to explain any issues and are happy to discuss the potential options, being open and honest. I truly recommend anyone gives them a shout for anything. It’s great to use somewhere where they give you the time of day and a professional and personal service!
