Ps. steve really knows his stuff... inspection from another mechanic (before taking it Klasse) was a blocked fuel pump. Steve identified it as coil issue within minutes of hearing the engine!
At last I've found a thoroughly professional service for my SL - Steve has saved me from being driven insane(!) A true gentleman.
I've had my car repaired, serviced, road assistance and MOT at Klasse of Fulham for many years and I cannot praise them enough. They always make sure they are available for even small issues. The service is superb and not at a silly cost. If you want your Mercedes looked after, you have found the right place.
The alternator on our 2004 CLK 320 failed recently and the breakdown mechanic recommended Klasse of Fulham. They provided a competitive quote and managed to fit us in for the work to be done at short notice as we need the car for a forthcoming trip. Great friendly service. They also ran a diagnostic check and we will be returning our car for some essential repairs. Would definitely recommend.
I don’t write reviews often, but when there’s definitely credit due ! I have been using this garage over 10 years, our relationship is based on absolute trust and I have never been let down. Excellent service, they collect the car, service it, repair and return. Service at its best. Thank you guys for looking after me and my car 🤝
