I was recommended this garage by a friend, and have to say that I've never had a negative or difficult experience with them. Whether it's for an urgent issue like a leaky tire or damaged coolant system, or for regular maintenance and MOT, they have been brilliant. The reception team are friendly, responsive, and informative, the mechanics are professional, and the prices are very competitive considering the level of service you receive. Their turnaround time is great, even when needing to order in parts, and they don't try to upsell you or push you into unnecessary stuff. It's really refreshing to find a business which operates like this!
Unbelievable service! Lavender hill garage did a small job for me over Christmas (probably more hassle then it was worth for them) but they have helped me no end! Not only that but I needed something I accidentally left there, called reception and Charlotte sent it to me right away. Unbelievable!!
2nd time I have used Lavender Hill Garage. Very impressed with skill and reasonable prices. Receptionist very helpful and knowledgeable too.
