Had an issue with our Discovery 4, Luke gave me an estimate and talked me through what they were going to do on the phone, then very kindly fitted it in the following day for me as we were in a rush. Not only did they fix the issue under the estimated cost, but carried out a service at the last minute (at my request) for a very good price. They were very transparent with the issues they found during the service and fixed those straight away too. Not only are they very quick and reasonably priced, they are nice people to deal with too. I will definitely be using them again. Thanks Chaps!
Luke is a great guy with a good knowledge of Land Rovers. Haven’t been to him to fix something big yet but with the type of service given for ‘impromptu’ problems, I’m happy to look him up if something comes up. Took to him my Discovery 4 and then my Range Rover L405
Having used JLR main dealers in the past I won’t now go anywhere else having been recommended and used Luke’s services over the last twelve months. Good old fashioned knowledgable honest service and feedback and Luke will always try to fit you in if you have an urgent problem, none of the ‘we can only fit you in in ten days time’ main dealer experience. Give the business a try, you won’t be disappointed.
Luke went above and beyond at very short notice, working on a bank holiday, to get my daughter's Discovery 5 brake discs/pads replaced & the car through its MOT for half the price of local main dealer. Thoroughly recommend!
I broke down around the corner from this garage (I say "broke down" but it was a human error involving a misplaced oil cap, lots of oil all over the engine, and a warning light!). The RAC were telling us they'd be up to 6 hours, so I called LC autocare to see if they could help - they were our heroes in the end! They came within fifteen minutes with oil, a spare cap and some cleaner to get the oil off the engine. Sadly, the cap didn't quite fit, but our hero mechanic rigged up a temporary fix that saw us through to a Peugeot dealer near our end destination. It was genius and worked perfectly. They didn't even charge us, but they saved us buckets of stress and hours of waiting - something particularly important when you have kids stranded with you. They were so friendly, helpful and understanding about the stupidity of our error as well. Customer service + creativity + problem solving all around. Highly recommend! Thank you so much for saving our first week of the school holidays!!
