Absolute legends, both j and Zain are amazing guys seriously, no matter what issues I have had they always sort it quickly unlike many others who over charge women (which I have had many times). Fantastic mechanics and lovely people! Thanks guys x
My daughter law told me about Lee auto for . m o .t and repairs I gave him a ring he got me... very professional he got the car done.. m.o.t and repairs done and it was a fair price ...👍
Had a service done on my car at a large car dealership in Halesowen. I was quoted over £500 for repairs that apparently needed to be carried out urgently. The faults were not explained in detail eventhough I asked several times. I sought a second opinion at Lee's Auto's. I felt very welcome and my questions were answered easily, with such warmth too. To cut a long story short, my car was fixed there and then ( I hadn't booked an appointment) and it cost me waaaay less than the original £500+ quoted! I would have happily paid more just for the great customer service alone. Thank you Jamie and all other staff at Lee's Auto's. This is not simply about getting my car fixed, it is also about the genuine nature of this place. I have already recommended this garage to family members and I will definitely be using this place from now on. Thanks again all...I appreciate it so very much :-) x
