They saw to me as soon as they opened, had me a quote for a new battery and replaced it within a matter of hours. It cost less than that it would have done at Halfords and they were very accommodating for me. Thank you so much
Had a belt go on my car, took it to them and their diary was full.but they said leave it with them. Later same day they rang to.say it was ready. £57 job done. Excellent service. Will use this place agian...mot due soon
Been using Lilac Grove Auto Centre for 5years, despite not being local to them anymore- I will still drive over 20mile for them to work on my car. Honest and Genuine and never once been ripped off Plus they've always been at the end of the phone to talk through any car issues snd more than willing to help. I cannot recommend this garage highly enough
Very thorough wash and valet at the hand car wash by Lilac Grove Auto. Not the speediest, so leave a bit of time, but excellent value for money. They have a little waiting room in the dry.
No bull s.... Or posh woman in extravagant suits and chairs to spin round on talking nonsense telling your had a rip off service but it hasn't, No it's a proper garage with straight talk and good honest work done by proper mechanics who even show you what was wrong , sod the big fancy showroom and lying bas.... Who don't,,,, lilac is better than all of them put together
