After seeing a few which took our eyes in Livery Dole we decided to return the next day during opening hours to find out more. The next day we returned and had a good chat with George in the showroom. We looked around several models and narrowed down our choice to two vehicles. George came with us on the test drives and was really helpful with a relaxed non pushy attitude. He answered all our questions honestly and we felt completely at ease in his presence. Anyway, fast forward and we decided on a model we were happy with and set out purchasing it. George explained everything we needed to do to purchase the vehicle and told us all about their different options available, but again without any pressure. We even unexpectedly part exchanged our very old vehicle which was destined for a car graveyard! Anyway, we sorted all the paperwork out which was surprisingly straight forward from our end and finally drove the vehicle away. The only thing missing was the parcel shelf, but again George sorted a replacement and even hand delivered it to us at home a short time later. We are really happy with our purchase so far and wouldn’t hesitate to get in touch with George again when another vehicle is needed. Thanks George!

That takes a good salesman and we drove away very happy customers. When he had doubts he called upon an experienced team to see him through the issues.
I’ve just bought my second car from Livery Dole. They have serviced and looked after my Forester. The service team are great and very organised. Wanted to talk about changing round to an electric Subaru and the Sales team Victoria and George have been good to go through.
We were lucky enough to buy a great 2nd hand car from Livery Dole, it was a part ex for them. George was the gentleman that we dealt with, he was experienced, felt like we could ask him anything , he was very helpful. We bought our car, took it away knowing it had to have a new headlight, I was unable at the time to take it back so they organised a lovely lady who came and collected it and brought it back within a few hours. We would definitely use Livery Dole again, excellent service we have received, thank you.
