Excellent customer service - Thank you Lloyd's Garage Leicester Ltd. Called in to request advice as to an issue with my car - Engine management light came on after having been returned from a service locally. Was in a predicament as my mechanic had let me down! He was an affable, caring, considerate, efficient, freindly and great guy however after having used me and left me to pick up the pieces, trust broken I have had to look for a new mechanic to care for my little & insignificant car, my Seat Mii. Moving on I spoke to a mechanic at Lloyd's Garage Leicester Ltd - Thank you for taking the time to listen to a female customer who didn't have the knowledge about cars that mechancis do and being extremely polite and helpful in discussing the issue, advising what could/should be done and providing a reasonable quote there and then. A great help and much appreciated. Lloyd's Garage Leicester Ltd have a great team of extremely helpful, polite and excellent mechanics. Would highly recommend using Lloyd's Garage Leicester Ltd.
Had my Outlander serviced here. Really lovely team, didn't feel ripped off. Let me know what needs to be done. Will definitely be back for my next service. Highly recommended 👌👌
Been trying to find a honest garage/mechanic for years .. as I’m always thinking I’m going to get ripped of (even if I ain’t ) anyway these have massively gained my trust as took me van down as something wrong with my brakes .. I thought it was a possible big job. They rang me up saying my van was done and i said “how much £££” He said “we not charging you ,as wasn’t that serious and hardly much of a job to fix”… which they could of easily said £££ and I would not have been any wiser. Top garage !! Ill be taking my vehicles here every time.
Usually dread waiting in garages for my MOT. I went in the room to wait and to my surprise they was hot chocolates, coffees, teas, cans in the fridge and snacks! Of course i cosied up near the heater with a hot chocolate and some biscuits! Best MOT experience ever. Went in hangry, came out happy! It really is the little things!
