I called Ludlow for the first time and explained the situation, they managed to have my car MOT complete by 10am the following morning despite having a high bank holiday weekend backlog. They were able to go the extra mile and get my car resolved with second to none customer obsession. Would highly recommend.
Was recommended to this garage as I am from London and would rather go with someone known. Efficient and honest mechanic who got my vehicle sorted and MOT’d within a day and was charged very reasonably. Safe to say I now have found the only mechanics I would let touch my cars. Thank you Phil and team for what can be a very stressful situation made a pleasure.
I have been using this garage to MOT and fix my slightly unkempt Fiesta for a couple of years now. As a relatively young female with minimal knowledge of car mechanics I have never felt comfortable interacting with garages but I feel Ludlow Hill is different. All of their repairs have been reasonably priced and held up. Phil in particular is a genuinely nice hardworking guy. He takes the time to explain the problem, once explaining why another garage had carried out a poor repair which allowed me to reclaim the money that I had paid. On another occasion they went above and beyond to ensure I had a car to get me to work, allowing me to use their spare for a couple of days. More recently they have been very understanding and flexible with me dropping my car off with a newborn baby. I could not recommend them enough.
Found myself in a really tricky situation when my teenage daughter was about to go on a long trip with a damaged tyre. In desperation I turned up unannounced at Ludlow Hill seeking reassurance- a young man checked everything, made sure that the car was safe to drive. The service I received was superb & as any parent can appreciate the comfort of knowing she’ll be safe is priceless. Thank you Ludlow Hill 👏🏻
Very friendly and professional. Not one bad word to say about them at all. They are well set up and keep their garages clean and tidy, I'll be using ludlow from now on
