Emma was very professional and prompt with providing me a good quote. As soon as the car was in the garage, I was never worried about it. When I had a couple of questions, I felt comfortable calling up and being transferred on to Matt, who was happy to answer them. The process of picking the car up was very smooth and simple, and I was made to feel my business was truly appreciated. Upon looking at the car, it was done to a high standard and the car is in perfect working order! I will have no doubt in using Lushington Motors again in the future! Thank you guys.
As a 1st time customer, I have nothing but praise for Lushington Motors. They sorted out the problem with my parking sensors speedily and at a fair price. I can thoroughly recommend them. Thanks for the efficient service, Nigel Pitt.
This is a 6 star service!! Compared to other garages who almost charged me double for just checking the car. Lushington took their time and once checked briefly informed the cost, paid advance and once all done balance paid.. They actually gave estimate and cost less and refunded the amount - now that is honesty, sincere and true professionalism!! Thank you Lushington and shall surely recommend to others:)
Very friendly welcome and despite being busy sorted the issue with my car. This is the second time I have used Lushington Motors. I highly recommend them.
My DS3 had a full service at lushington motors, excellent customer service, first time at this garage, and won't be the last, for all my future services, and repairs if needed.. it's piece of mind knowing I've had a proper mechanic look after my car, and not just someone that just fits parts.... Highly recommended. 👍
