The work I needed was completed in a timely fashion. They also informed me of other things needed to be done, however instead of insisting it needed to be done immediately they provided the number of months I could wait until it was required. I highly recommend this business for your automotive needs due to the honesty, kindness and efficiency of the team.
Amazing service! I highly recommend them! I was on a road trip from the US when my car broke down in Windsor. The people at MacDonald’s Automotive were so obliging and able to fit me in right away. They got me on the road again within three hours; price was very reasonable!
I walked in to this place, plastic splash guard was badly damaged due to snow, they suggested to ripp half portion, I given permission and they did it, fantastic group, they didn't charge me a penny, I was looking for honest mechanic shop and I found. In future, all my car related problems discussed, diagnos and repair in same shop. Great impression by staff.
If you're looking for an honest mechanic in Windsor I highly recommend MacDonald's. They were recommended to me by a friend and have been going there for years. A couple months ago I got a flat tire and brought my car in and they patched it up for a cheap cost. Every other place I've gone to before would have told me I needed to replace the whole tire or all the tires. The patch job has held up perfectly fine and I'm so glad I didn't need to replace the tire because they were relatively new. Last week I started having a problem with water flooding into the passenger side of the car and the carpet was getting really soaked. I brought it in and they let me know it was my AC duct that got clogged and the water wasn't able to drain so it was spilling into the car when I was making sharp turns. They unclogged it for me for free which was so nice! The people that work there are all very nice, do an excellent job and the pricing is fair.
Very impressed with how we got a same day safety on our car. Booking online was easy and fast and when we dropped our car off it took 30-40 minutes and our safety was done! Extremely impressed at how professional the staff was. Overall a great experience!
