They've looked after our 2011 XC90 for many years now and it's still a fantastic, reliable car after a lot of time & miles as a result. Always honest, always reasonable, and always really good advice with problems. My only wish is that they were closer to Reading but they are definitely worth the drive.....and you can get a courtesy car too :-)
I have used this company over many years and several Volvos. Always found their servicing very efficient and well priced. Whenever anything needed repair/replacing it was never a problem. My latest booking was for an electrical fault which they solved promptly and then carried out the annual service. I'm back in love with the car now and it's driving like a dream despite it's 11year age. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Martin and the team.
As always, we received an excellent service from Martin Matthewson when we took our car in last week to be repaired. The work was carried out efficiently and we are charged a fair price. Would highly recommend this company.
Used Matthewsons for a few years now for my Volvo XC90 mk1servicing etc. Always helpul and completely straight regarding guidance for work that is essential and that which can wait a while. I travel 40mins for this service which offers much better value than my local Volvo garage. I have no hesitation in recommending to others and have done so.
I have used Martin Mathewson garage for a service, but just last week before a night time trip to Heathrow, I had a headlight warning light illuminate. I contacted them and they fitted me in at short notice, within 15 minutes bulb changed, all other lights checked without me asking, and then they only charged me for the price of the bulb. Outstanding customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
