I have just successfully had Lukas at Mastercar Ltd diagnose and fix an engine fault on my 2016 Mini. His response was immediate and the work carried out speedily and professionally. He also contacted the warranty company who agreed to pay the full amount. This was a real bonus to me, as one often has to use main dealers for such warranties. Thank you! Mastercar are a great local team that I would recommend to anyone!
Lucas fixed a very tricky problem . The boot of my Landrover would not open and he stripped it down And found it was a tiny wire that had become loose . It was the 2 nd garage I had taken it too . The first garage ( Landrover sheen) said it was my cooling fan !
Called first thing in the morning with an urgent and tricky problem, was seen, had the problem diagnosed, parts ordered, fitted and car returned to me within 24 hours - all with friendly service and fair pricing. Will not go anywhere else!
