Outstanding service to my old e280, what I thought was a minor issue with exhaust emissions , was quickly diagnosed by Graham and his team as something substantially more serious. I was kept upto date by Graham by phone and emailed pictures of the worn parts, they went out of their way to repair parts where possible or replace with new or approved reconditioned parts. It’s many years since I’ve felt so reassured by a local garage . Highly recommended
Just had a raft of work done on my 2014 CLS AMG Line at this garage, A5 service, MOT, New starter battery, some bodywork, wheel refurbishments, rear Brake lines, water pump and rocker cover gasket, plus some other bits & pieces, they even fitted some replacement trim that I had purchased and never got around to fitting for next to nothing, arrive to collect the car and it was in the process of being washed & valeted car looks brand new, they walked me around the car and showed me all of the parts that they had replaced, top notch service, polite and helpful staff, Graham and his team are excellent, Dannie was a delight to work with, kept me up to date at every stage, cannot recommend these guys enough, give them a try you wont be disappointed
Wouldn't take my Audi anywhere else. I have been using Merc-Spec for 4-5 years now for my annual car service and MOT, and any little problem that pops up. Nothing but first -class service, from the friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable ladies in the office, to all the technicians that have treated my car with respect and carried out faultless work. A special thank you to them for taking my car in at a moment's notice to solve a minor problem.
Highly recommended these guys. Second time I’ve used them for a service and MOT. Picked my car up today at 15.30 after dropping off at 8am. Very honest about the price break down and what work needed to be carried out. Great professionalism and excellent customer service.
