I was traveling to Merton Mansions & asked Paul to advise me when to get off, which he dutifully did. However unfortunately the information was incorrect & I would need to walk an hour to my final destination. Suddenly he appeared running towards me, he’d parked the bus safely & came running back on foot to let me get back on & got me to my destination on time - what a ⭐️ thank you Paul Morgan you rekindled my faith in humanity 🙏
Reunited me with my lost phone. While I was waiting in the office every driver was lovely. Eventually the driver came with my phone and a big smile. Lovely.
One of your bus drivers on the 131 10th October time 14.15 pm no 375 duty was absolutely brilliant he see us running for his bus & he politely waited for us 2 to get on he was also very polite great driver we were amazed as now days you could be knocking on the buses door & they drive off

Wow!! My nephew was so happy to have a tour around the bus garage. He is autistic and he loves and studies every bus. Thanks to the Senior Micheal he was able to sit in the drivers cab!! Made his Xmas
