Paul was very polite and professional, messaged him after another mechanic tried to find my coolant leak and said he would find the part but didn’t get back to me, a waste of money. Paul responded to me straight away and said he would have a look on his day off and wouldn’t charge me for it. He helped me out as much as he could in the situation and explained everything clearly. Even offered to put in an additive to help me out. Would recommend.
Paul fit me in at short notice. He was on time and courteous. The job was done quickly and the price was reasonable. I will be recommending him.
Really refreshing to find a reliable, honest mechanic who is a good communicator! Paul installed us a replacement wing mirror; he kept us informed about the different options, arrived when he said he would and dud the job at my workplace. Will definitely call him again.
