Took my van in for a recent service. Exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff with a heated waiting room and free hot drinks and papers / magazines + TV. The service was exactly as long as quoted as was the price. Couldn't be happier. Very professional and will definitely use their services again!
After my shock absorber exploded and caused a tyre blow out on the M4 during a trip from Worcester to London. We called Moss Vehicle's to inquire if they could aid us. They were great on the phone and very reassuring. After waiting for hours on the side of the motorway for our insurance provided recovery vehicle, we were dropped off with the car. We walked in to the reception to be greeted with a warm welcome. The reception building was lovely with much needed restrooms and hot beverages. They made is feel very comfortable and arranged to look at the car that night. They called us the next morning with a quote which with to the amount of work needed on the car was a very good price indeed. They kept in contact through out the day. We made arrangements to pick up the car the next day, with a contingency encase I couldn't make it before they closed. Great prices, lovely people and an awesome family run business, I would use them if i didn't live 65 miles away! Thanks again to everyone at Moss Vehicle Maintenance.
Six stars out of five from me. I've been using garages since the sixties and Moss is the best I've dealt with. Simple as that. I've taken different makes of front wheel drive, rear wheel drive and 4WD cars there and nothing fazes them. Dyed-in-the-wool car people providing good work at a fair price.
