After a journey of struggling to find a reliable garage to fix my car, I finally turned to the Motor Clinic. There, they diligently investigated, diagnosed, and successfully repaired my car. The Motor Clinic boasts a team of professional and friendly staff, extending from the welcoming ladies at the reception, particularly Joudi, to the skilled technicians in the workshop, led by Phill and the team. The positive approach to keeping customers informed about their cars is greatly appreciated. Additionally, I was impressed with the efficient recovery services (road assistance) and the provision of a courtesy car for a few days, free of charge. The only thing I wanted to be honest about is the repair time took a bit longer than I expected, but all in all, I will gladly recommend Motor Clinic as a reliable garage.
Motor Clinic fitted some ball joints on my 19 year old Land Rover Discovery 2 and repaired an oil leak, top quality job done, thanks Darren and team, much appreciated, will definitely use again. Thanks again. 😀
Took my car there Tuesday morning as an emergency as a spring had gone bang everybody really friendly and helpful they let me leave the car with them they kept me updated with what was happening at all times i am very impressed with the service I have received and will be recomming it to other people as a place to go I will definitely be coming back as I have had the best service can't praise them enough
My car failed just before our holiday to Cape Verde. The warranty company said they couldn’t do it as it was a ‘bolt’ therefore west and tear. The lady on reception was AMAZING and sorted everything out instead of costing £1000+ it was only £190!!! Very nice friendly people very helpful will definitely be using again!!
