He let me know about and potential additional costs before continuing with the work so that I could pre-approve, even though those costs didn’t actually materialise in the end, turning up to a lower bill feels much better than turning up to collect and being surprised with a much higher bill. Quality of work seems good. It’s usually my first point of call for both routine maintenance and repairs.
Best garage in worthing. Have been bringing my cars here for a few months now & the service is absolutely unbelievable! From blown gaskets to gear box issues to radiators, theres no job too big for these lads. They all know their stuff & will explain every last detail to you, can’t say that for a lot of the garages in worthing who leave you in the dark about the problems they’ve found or will try to add un-needed bits on so when you arrive you’re shocked with a massive invoice Callum on the front desk is an absolute legend & has a way with his customers, definitely the prefect job for him 10/10 customer service. Also knows his stuff really well can’t fault a single thing about these boys, i definitely won’t be using another garage after my experiences here! i have not been paid to leave this review, this is genuinely the best garage i’ve been to… ever
Had a knocking noise from the front of my Mazda 6 . Visited Motorsense they were booked up until the Monday the following week. I explained that I wanted to make sure if was safe to drive as the noise was coming from front suspension. I felt they went out of their way and book me in the following day. They were friendly and genuinely customer focused. Fault identified and new part fitted in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Thank you for fitting me in at such short notice much appreciated. I’m now confident I’m driving a safe car. Well done all !!
