I am most impressed by how Taz explained everything to me in an easy to understand manner, very professional and helpful as he could be . I will be taking my car here for any more issues .
Honestly I doubt you'll find a more honest guy around. During a service showed me photos of some things I'll need to get looked at eventually but can still use them for a bit to get my use out of the car (and spread the cost). Showed me the old part of something that needed fixing and got a good deal on the part, saving me money. I'm not a car guy which I don't really make a secret, he offered to show me how to do some simple bits myself if I wanted. I feel like a lesser person would've just taken my ignorance and added it to the bill. This is where I'll go for as long as I live!
The service you workshop provides for us were great. Mr. Mechanic workshop was one of the great Mechanics workshop I have seen since my arrival in UK. Their staffs are friendly and professional. The services and MOT Testing that Halford Autocentre couldn't do and were charging unimaginable price, Mr. Mechanic and their staffs were able to provide services that are more professional with far cheaper price. These parts sales and price were good and affordable than that of the Halford Autocentre. I will confidently recommend Mr. Mechanic workshop for anyone for their services and MOT Testing.. This team is the best in town.
Real good place and good interaction..friendly staff and friendly Mr mechanic. You can have your MOT done, mechanical related iasues. However, seems to be abit pricey.. well depends on what you want.. thats my personal opinion. Lastly, honesty, truth and transparency was what I got from Mr mechanic when I took my car there.. He also ensured I returned with my car happy even if it cost him extra time which could have resulted in extra pounds, he was more of fixing my car to standard and ensuring my satisfaction.. thumbs up Mr Mechnic
