They managed to return my call despite it was after 7 p.m. Smooth M.O.T. and full services were done just after lunch. Not a problem. Friendly staff. Will definitely use the garage again. I had my Audi A3 3.2 in for the rear diff seals to be changed as well as the oil and a thorough inspection carried out before taking it to a track. The service, communication and knowledge the staff gave was fantastic as well as the extremely transparent feedback Adam gave when going through the inspection and doing the rear diff work. I have absolutely no complaints and I'm very glad I chose this company to carry out the work my car needed. A definite 10/10.
Absolutely amazing work carried out by Adam and the team. The customer service at this car garage exceeded my expectations. From the moment I dropped off my Maserati, the staff demonstrated exceptional attentiveness. They kept me well-informed throughout the process, providing regular updates on the replacement of the expansion tank for the coolant system. What truly stood out was their commitment to customer satisfaction. After the work was completed, I received a thoughtful follow-up call to ensure everything was functioning as it should. This level of care and attention to detail showcased their dedication to not only fixing the issue but also ensuring my peace of mind. I'm thoroughly impressed with the overall experience and would highly recommend this garage for their professionalism and outstanding customer service.
Definitely recommend this company. Not only do they deliver exceptional customer service but it extends to after care too. Any issues I've had with my car, just gave the guys a ring and they sorted everything out with no hassle. The standards of their work is impeccable and not like others who did a quick cowboy job.
Took my company car to Kwik fit for a service and brake pads and discs changed, they managed the service, replaced some tyres, and did an alignment but then couldn't get the brake disks. It was Friday so getting them replaced anywhere was going to be hard, still I needed the car for Monday and Adam had a look Friday night and said he should be able to do it Saturday. I wasn't convinced, it's a Saturday it's hard to get parts on a weekend especially since Kwik fit had called three suppliers and had no joy, but worth I shot I thought. Saturday Adam sourced all the parts, and had everything fitted by 4pm so I was very impressed, and about £1000 cheaper than BMW and about £500 cheaper than anywhere else and on a Saturday when everyone else could only get the job done Monday. To the Muslims reading, to give you an idea of Adam and his colleagues, This man and his employees even stepped away whilst I was there to pray maghrib Salah which is the mark of someone who understands his priorities in life and won't cheat you. Would definitely recommend, price good, workmanship good, turn around phenomenal, polite and well mannered.
