The service was outstanding. The recovery driver Ashley was incredibly professional and a real joy to talk to. The recovery vehicle was very well presented and a pleasure to be in. Tried to start our car this afternoon around 2pm Just had Bill come out to diagnose a flat battery through Start Rescue service. He had suitable battery with him and everything was sorted out by 3:15. Great service from Start Rescue service and Bill from Owl Motors.
Excellent garage! They are friendly, professional, and transparent about costs and services they offer. They have also notified me of my tires being close to wearing out. Thanks for the great service!
Have been using Owls for couple of years now from light bulb replacement to complicated engine replacements. Always updated, always happy and main thing when Rob and team plans time for completion of job its always bang on. Great workshop! Great Team!
I would like to give a major ‘Thank You’ to Owl Motor Services for helping my wife and I with a difficult situation last Thursday. Our car broke down at 07.00 on the way to get the Portsmouth to Caen ferry. We were only 7mins away from the ferry port! A very helpful RAC mechanic eventually got to us, diagnosed the problem and suggested Owl Motor Services to fix the car. This was after four garages turned us down because our Ford Focus was on French plates! For various reasons, we had to get back to France asap and Owl managed not only to source the part (which was not easy to get) but had the car fixed by end of business on Thursday afternoon. Thanks to them, we managed to get the late ferry and were home in France on Friday morning. Brilliant, friendly service from a proper family garage that cares for its customers. Highly recommended! Owl Motor Services, you are in my personal Hall of Fame! 5 Star Service! John New
