They managed to squeeze me in even during a busy Bank Holiday even though i didnt have an appointment and were able to replace the belt. Extremely grateful!

Efficiently diagnose and fix the issues with my car, something that 3 other garages couldn’t do. I would also like to express my gratitude for your invaluable assistance in handling the insurance claim. Dealing with insurance procedures can be overwhelming, but your team's guidance and expertise made the process seamless. Booked in on Saturday afternoon for a Monday morning appointment as Pit-Air are near my work and nobody in Brighton could help... Dropped car off with failing N/S rear brakes. Lucas diagnosed issues immediately (including mistakes made in previous servicing), got parts sorted and fitted same day without a problem. Very happy to recommend their services, did a top-notch job from start to finish.
Very friendly and helpful. Was able to get car fixed in time for a MOT retest no problem. They were upfront about costs and the bill was exactly what they had told me. Will visit again.
The owner Lukasz is an exceptional individual that acts with integrity and honesty. This establishment comes highly recommended .l found their service and communication second to none.
