My vehicle had been in limp mode for 2 weeks, no power, DPF, EML, Catalytic fault air sensor issue, all after an oil change. This caused me a lot of stress, loss of the vehicle for 2 weeks and delayed some home renovation work I had planned due the pick-up being off road. PK Automotive sorted all the issues in an hour! Mechanics were professional and pleasant, informative and respectful. Receptionist dealt with all the queries I had. This place is absolutely brilliant
A perfect experience with PK. I brought to them that “problem Audi Q7” the one that everyone else didn’t have the answers on how to repair it. Thoroughly diagnosed, informative, friendly, helpful, reasonable price. But most importantly they take pride in their work. My car did not leave them until they was 100% satisfied it was right. No sending it back in the hope it will be ok and not fault again. I was without my car for a number of months as other garages didn’t know what to do with it so it spent several weeks parked up. These guys had it in and diagnosed in days. I’m extremely grateful for all the hard work in getting my car back on the road. Even better it’s been mapped at PK motorsport while it was there. And this has changed the car (if you are considering a re map get these guys to do it!) Thanks to Paul & Gary for being so thorough in the repair. Will certainly be back with my wife’s car and work van too **UPDATE** Been back to PK with that problem car, without hesitation the cars been diagnosed (after a lot of patience with it) and running the best it ever has. The power after the map is perfect! Thanks to everyone involved in sorting the car and all the perseverance you’ve had with it. Everyone else throws in the towel. Not you guys!!
Excellent garage, I take my car and van regularly here for work from servicing to bigger repair jobs and they deliver good results every time.
Great service, done exactly what they said they would do 🙂 I am sure we will see the improvements on a long run. ***UPDATE*** We have just completed a 400 mile trip in our motorhome and have averaged 33.4mpg compared to the 29mpg we used to average. In addition to this the drive is far better, it feels that its a far more power engine now! Thank you!
AMAZING garage and 100% recommend anyone to go here! There’s only 2 garages I’ll use in lincoln, this being one! Staff are friendly, knowledgable and go out of their way to fix your problem! 👍🏼
