Super super super happy with this place brought my Vauxhall Astra here for MOT £50 and needed lights replaced at £30 took about 1hr 20 and I’m literally sitting outside the place to write the review before I leave. Ever since my dad passed I’ve been super anxious about going to garages as my car was our thing to bond over and I don’t have any other male family members that can come with or advise me and we all know the horror stories about women and garages. This whole MOT process was so quick! I don’t feel taken advantage of at all I don’t even think that would have crossed their mind they seemed very business focused, professional and matter of fact. It will 100% be my new place. Thanks to the guys for being themselves and easing a young woman’s anxiety. (4 stars cause lights could have maybe been cheaper, I dunno, but I chose to have them do it rather than take elsewhere or do myself, they gave me the option but I couldn’t be bothered)
Great place. They had my car fixed in two days at a good price and threw in a free fix of my windscreen wiper - definitely recommend :)
Sometimes it’s difficult to find a fair mechanics but platt lane certainly are. Having fixed my car at short notice and at a very reasonable price I intend to continue using them in future.
Had some work done on the 10th. Can’t say enough how good this garage is. Fixed 3 faults my car had. Excellent service. Accommodated me with times and booking in. Was supposed to take longer but had it done in 2 days. Very well priced. I trust this garage with my car and will be using again. Had an excellent experience at this garage. Rang up needed an MOT at short notice the garage managed to fit it in the same day. My car needs some work minor work doing. Booked it in at a later date. Prices are 5 star and very reasonable. Would definitely recommend
