Had a persistent oil leak on an old BMW. Pole Elm went above and beyond to identify the cause and make the repair. Highly recommend these guys, they are always excellent in their work and customer service.
My car broke down suddenly, walk to the garage and explained the problem. Very professional people. Left the car and they gave me a lift home in Malvern. It was ready next day! Very impressed with a service, not my usual garage but recommend to anyone from Callow End or not.
Have used this garage twice now and both times have had a good experience. Professional. Helpful. Great customer service!
I would like to say a huge thank you to Patrick who kindly came out to me with a puncture today, within 10 mins of me calling he was out to help me. Would definitely recommend this garage and can't thank them enough.
