Prior to my first visit and as a female, I'd always been worried about garages taking advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding mechanical issues. However, the owners Brendan and Emma soon put my mind at rest. A few repairs were needed and I was well informed as to the expected cost, which by the way was quite reasonable. The work was carried out to a high standard and my car now runs perfectly again. I will definately be returning to Portside with any future issues and have recommended them to all my friends. Many thanks to the professional and friendly team.
Took my car for a failed MOT hoping that Portside Cars would be a decent garage and they fully exceeded my expectations, I 100% recommend them for any work you need doing. I needed my car back pretty quickly and they sorted the problems within a day with excellent service, they try and help everyone they possibly can. 100% going to be coming back when i next need something done i recommend you do too! My car was in today for an MOT, it needed some work done as well. Fantastic service from Emma, Brendan and the team. Great communication, really friendly and at a great price for the job. Highly recommended. Thank you.
Would give more stars if poss. Took my car to them for a price for some work after main dealer merc failed it on MOT. Portside said they would look and quote for the work. They couldn’t find the issues the main dealer had failed it on. Resent car for a MOT and it passed. Took our older 2nd car when it was due and again really good service and honest which was lacking from the main dealership! Highly recommend Portside cars. I went there based on a friends recommendation.
I would highly recommend Portside cars, they sorted my car out for me, even ran me home whilst they fixed it. Lovely staff, and I will definitely use them again in the future.
