They’re so accommodating and are fantastic communicators, can’t recommend enough!
Needed a local garage to replace break pads and a dsg gearbox service... Everything went well from booking in on line.. All works completed within a few hours.. Great service.. Thank you
Although I had disappointing experiences with other garages, I can’t fault Dave and the team at Povall Mechanics. Prices are reasonable, communication is clear, no hidden charges, no keeping the car for weeks because of X or Y. I’ve been a customer for a few years now and do not intend to change. Thanks!
Very professional, very capable mechanics. Completely transparent about the process and made sure the car was 100% before handing off the work. Even learnt a few things along the way.
Called in on the way home from a local music festival as my car had an alarm light on. They were super attentive, helpful and reasonably priced. They were fully booked but still managed to get me on the way in around an hour, all for much less than I expected to pay.
