Fantastic job from Paul and Maciej took my Audi with some electrical issues that I had been having for a long time, they took their to look at the issues and made sure everything was done. It's a car mechanic world has never seen. Video calls on diagnosis. Pictures being sent throught repair process, so you know what is being done on your vehicle. Cost explained, and top notch quality of work. Very very professional. I'm glad I've found this place. My car is really being looked after!
I found the chaps knowledgeably, and gave me good advice. The work was done to a good standard, it took longer then i had hoped, but it was worth the wait. Very good value, it was 70% cheaper then BMW quoted. I would definitely use these guys again.
Found Prymus online as BMW couldn't look at a mechanical issue I had with my M4's retractable roof for over 8 weeks - Prymus said I could bring the car in the next day. Very attentive diagnostic, was kept in the loop over the course of the day with 4 informative videos sent via Whatsapp so I knew what was going on. Diagnosed problem, sourced spare parts from BMW and worked long hours get the car finished inside two days. Would definitely recommend and use again - so much better than the BMW dealership. Very friendly and professional service.
