Thy took the time to talk and made me feel very welcome whilst giving me their full attention. Very reasonably priced and the way the guy in the office (I believe the owner) was with staff was very reassuring. He took me around the car after the service and showed me the old filters and any things to be aware off rather than just handing me a report. Offered advice on future repairs with reasonable choices. Probably the best customer service from a garage I have ever received. I. will 100% be using them again and will recommend to friends and family. They even offer a free pickup and drop off service. Thanks Dan
A great experience from start to end, reasonably priced too. Had a bad experience with another mechanic where they fitted cheap discs and pads, with Queensway Auto Repairs, they explained everything and the cost without any hidden charges. The job was carried out very quickly. I will 100% recommend this garage as they are reliable and honest. Thank you, Queensway Auto Repairs, for providing a great service.
This garage is absolutely amazing. Everyone there went above and beyond to help me during a breakdown crisis that left me stranded far away from home. Everyone was lovely and welcoming, did an amazing job with replacing my clutch in good time and had reasonable cost! I’m so grateful to this great team and could not recommended enough!!!!
After Halfords quoted £630 for Brake and Disc x4 replacement, I Spoke to Omar, told me to come in on the same day and had the job done within 2 hours! Lost for words, super efficient, reliable and genuine costs!!!! Highly recommended.
