With regards Khan Khans review, these locks that they supplied were cheap imported locks from Ebay ,costing a fifth of the price than the genuine item,we fitted both locks and one was faulty we have no control on the quality of the product and unfortunately the customer had the inconvenience of having to return the lock for a replacement and then a further charge for refitting the replacement. We are unable to comment on the alleged damage to the door as from looking at the job card there was no report on this!
