Found this amazing garage and took it in for a cambelt change, not only was it great service they also showed my the damaged parts. Staff were super knowledgeable! Had no issues at all. They spoke to me properly and didn't make me feel silly! About a week after the first booking with them my car had an overheating warning spring up. Phoned Redline and asked if I could have it delivered to them. Which we did, I had my car back within 1 day, which was great considering I had no appointment. They once again showed me the damaged part and told me why it could have happened. Amazing staff and will be using them over a main dealer!
Will definitely be using this team again. They took time to take a photo of the damage to our air con unit so we could see it, before we authorised work to be done. Air con radiator was replaced yesterday, and they'd kept the damaged part to show me when I collected it. Our car is an ice box now!
The team are very helpful and knowledgeable. My engine light had been on for a short while. Chris was able to diagnose the issue and deal with it promptly. Highly recommend, superb service, friendly team.
My car broke down Saturday-The AA could not repair it so he towed me to the nearest AA recommended garage. As Having recently moved to Aylesbury i did not have a local mechanic/garage to use. I rang them early Monday & they rang back with a quote to repair it. Fixed it for me quickly-i was very pleased with the prompt service received. Nice friendly guys, i will now be using them to service both mine & my son’s car, and any future car repairs. Highly recommend Thank you 😃
