I booked my car in for an MOT and for the source of a myriad of amber warning lights to be investigated. Andrew France and his employee, Richard were helpful, professional and explained everything clearly and kindly to me, which was reassuring when you don’t know anything about cars. The cost was very fair and I will definitely use this garage again, in addition to recommending it to other people.
Great friendly service, I live just over the road from the garage and they came and collected the car whilst I was working which was great. I would recommend this garage and great job to all the people who work there.
An amazing swift rescue service with a smile - day 2 mum & daughter special timeout- about to set out to shopping in Leeds to find a completely dead car - my own Warranty service estimated at @ 1h 40mins further wait, so called this garage. I explained symptoms (potentially flat battery) & our predicament and asked if they could possibly nip down - Richard was just great, will be there in 10 minutes - he was there in 8, got it started, explained what to do. I then realised I had no cash - not a problem, he said. I could ring and pay ( I looked honest) - which I did. Fantastic helpful professional service - if I had lived nearer I would switch garages. Reliance Garage - certainly lives up to it's name!
