However the lady on reception said she would try and fit me in. I went back today, was booked in and my car was fixed a couple of hours later. Excellent customer service, and a great price for the work also. I would highly recommend.
Just found Rockets Car Repairs today and the entire experience was phenomenal, especially given how many cowboy mechanics and money thirsty businesses operate in the space of Car Repairs and Motorcare. My MOT happened in a timely manner and everyone at the establishment were professional and friendly in their conduct. I cannot recommend Rockets Car Repairs enough and I will be using them only for all my cars moving forward. A special mention to Sebastian for his kindness, care and service. I truly felt like he was working on his very own car!
Customer service at its best!! At very short notice they took in and repaired my car in just over 24 hours. Very friendly and helpful staff, top quality workmanship and sensible pricing. Also had a service and MOT done earlier this year. Would definitely use again and highly recommend. THANKS Paul + Staff.
I was recommended by my daughter who uses Rocket garage, from booking to collecting it was a dream. Very friendly and down to earth staff. Tara was very friendly and approachable, rang up to ask if i could drop my car off the night before, very accommodating. Id asked for my brakes to be looked at, not pushing to get work done, very honest. Booked in for an MOT. Will be my go to garage and highly recommend. My car had a full service and as soon as I drove away I noticed it ran a-lot smoother and just feels more solid. A very happy customer and car 😁wish id used you years ago, but will be a regular and will recommend to others Thankyou 😁
