I called Roundway Garage to see if they knew what might be wrong and asked if they could take a look as I would need my car to get home, and explained that I have a disability and cannot do without it at all. They said I could bring it to them and they would have a look. They did indeed take a look and it turned out to be the thermostat on the car. They fixed it that very same day, even though they were very busy. I can't explain in words how much this meant to me, and I am extremely grateful for the time and effort they made to help me that day. I will be taking my car back for my next MOT and for any future issues I come across.
This is a wonderful garage. I have had four MOTs done there, they even drop you a line when your MOT is due. Lovely staff that you feel you can trust. And very fair prices. Thank you.
A garage you can trust, I have been taking my car to roundway for years. The work is carried out to a high standard yet the prices are fair. They are realistic with MOTs and keep good contact throughout the process. Thanks lads.
Very professional, quick and friendly service. Definitely recommend! We were very worried as our mk7 golf was making shuddering noises and had lots of warning lights. They ran a full diagnostics and managed to get the replacement part delivered and fitted that day! Very impressed
Great garage! Ali is always friendly and keen to help out. Last new year's eve he came out as my car had broken down on the road, despite the garage closing early for nye and it being after their official closing time. Saving my new year's eve! Had my MOT with them today, good prices and quick with repairs, would recommend :)
