Rye Street is an amazing place to take your car. They are friendly and their work is clean. I had minor scratches and gave my car in at 8am in the morning and they returned my car within 7 hours. The car looks good as new. They also cleaned the car inside and out. Great job Rye Street
Very reliable garage, good customer service, we were satisfied with the overall work that has been done on the car. However, we were contacted a few hours before drop-off to see that it was cancelled (even though that was sorted by the end) not to mention The work took more than three weeks to complete.
i was a little sceptical about choosing this garage by my insurers due to their reviews, but they proved me wrong. Ill let the photos do the talking
When my insurance company suggested I use their approved bodyshop, rather than my usual garage, following an accident I was responsible for, I was a little sceptical. Delighted to say that scepticism was unfounded. Waved goodbye to my undriveable Tiguan as it headed off to Rye Street Borehamwood on the back of a low loader. Received a 'we have your vehicle' call from delightful Charlotte who is the reception/customer service face of the branch. She explained the car was likely to be with them for about three weeks on the back of the initial engineers inspection depending on availability of spare parts. Within the suggested time frame I was delighted to hear from Charlotte again to to advise my Tiggy was available for collection. In a very joined up operation I was able to leave my Enterprise rent a car (as organised by my insurance company) at Rye Street for collection by them. Tiggy was presented washed and waxed, with superb bodywork and mechanicals (I did a lot of damage). You'd never know it had been looking so sorry beforehand. Hopefully you will never need a crash repair but if you do Rye Street Borehamwood is the place to go to.
