The whole process, from booking to pickup and drop-off, was super quick and easy. I also appreciate that there’s no age requirement to use their vehicles, which makes things so much more convenient.They also have lollipops. Definitely recommend SMC if you’re looking for affordable and hassle-free trailer rentals.
Excellent experience. Easy to book and great communication. Everything explained clearly and really great customer service. First time hiring a car transporter and would definitely choose this option again instead of a trailer. Much easier to manoeuvre, so easier to load and a lot less stress compared to towing. Everything went really well from start to finish and I absolutely recommend you try SMC if you need to move a vehicle. 5 stars for great customer service. This made a tricky job really simple for an old man like me.
Keri and Daniel were an absolute pleasure to meet and to hire from. They were engaging, offered a very flexible and reasonably priced service, and went out of their way to explain and offer help and advice. The transporter was well equipped and after a small tutorial, everything went very smoothly. I would highly recommend SMC, whether you're an experienced user, or like me, an amateur, they will look after you.
I had to pick up a bmw from kent,first time using SMC and the customer services was 1st class. From moment of booking everything was explained to me and then received a booking confirmation. When I turned up,they went through everything on the transporter to make sure I was comfortable using everything. Transporter was well looked after and was really easy to drive and use. I will deffo be using SMC again.
Fantasic experience with SMC. Came here for the Lanoguard treatment. Would recommend!
