I used this service centre as they were very close to an M27 exit point near to my work. The team were excellent, Neil walked me through the works my car needed and gave me a very realistic and honest review, prior to deciding what I should do. I've only ever used main dealers and this was a breath of fresh air, pure honesty. Certainly a recommendation from me.
A very positive experience, would highly recommend. I required a timing belt and water pump change along with an MOT. Having initially gone to my dealer, I inquired with Smile to see if they could help me for a more reasonable price, as one does. Firstly, they were very accommodating and extremely pleasant to talk to. They were able to work around my schedule and offer excellent support, the work its self was done quickly and confidently. While additional work was required, Smile worked hard to advise and complete the work in a short amount of time and to a great standard. Smile have provided an excellent and stress free experience while supporting and working around me. I would have no problem whatsoever recommending them to anyone. A great team of honest hard working people in which I will certainly think of again in the future. Many thanks to the team at Smile.
