Despite not having a booking, they welcomed me warmly and managed to fit me in the same day. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring I understood what was being done to my vehicle. They provided an accurate estimate for both the completion time and cost, which I found to be very reasonable. It’s refreshing to find a place that genuinely cares about their customers and their vehicles! If you’re in need of car repairs or services, definitely check it out. You won’t be disappointed! 🚗✨
I recently had my car serviced and MOT completed at Southall Autos, and I am thoroughly impressed with the experience. The mechanics are highly skilled, professional, and truly care about their customers. The level of service was exceptional, and the entire process was seamless. Not only was the work done to a high standard, but the pricing was also very fair and affordable, which is hard to come by these days. The staff were friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood what needed to be done without any pressure or upselling. I highly recommend Southall Autos to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy car mechanics. I will definitely be returning for any future car maintenance needs!
After being mucked around by countless garages, Marshall & his team from the first point of contact treated me with the upmost respect and gave the best customer service I have ever seen in any garage. Brought my red polo for a repair and full compehensive report. He had discovered another new issue which he didnt even charge me for out of goodwill citing looking after his customers came first. My mums car also broke down in an emergency recently and one phone call he allowed for the car to attended to even near closing and looked after the vehicle and got it up and running in a quick manner. Cant fault this place, highly recommended. Will promote these guys wherever I can for what they have done for me.
Marshal was very helpful sorting my BMW, he changed the tyres pads and done the MOT. Price was good too for all the work and sorted it the same day. Will be coming here again.
