At no extra cost Paul came to collect the bike and replace/repair all the issues. Also clearing up some rusty spots I noticed which I didn't ask them to do. Will definitely use them again when I look to get another bike.
Would highly recommend! Absolutely amazing service from the team. Myself and my family have been coming to them for years and they are always really friendly, knowledgable and are happy to help. I was so worried about my car after it started making some strange noises but they put my mind at ease and squeezed me in last minute. They are very truthful and don't swindle on prices! In fact it's going back in next week with another issue (it never ends!) but I know it's in safe hands. Thank you so much to Craig and the team.
Excellent customer service today, called in with a noise coming from my brakes (which was done elsewhere) for them to take a look straight away and resolve the issue. Great garage! Will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you very much.
I viewed a car on my way to the lake district while on holiday i contracted Paul the following day had did a deal and arranged to collect the following Sunday when the garage would normally be closed. The customer care and information that Paul gave was excellent I'm so pleased with my car which is 22 years old !! But lovely. Thank you Sovereign Motor Company
Craig is simply the best around! Absolutely nothing is of any trouble for him and the guys at Sovereign, I have been using this garage for ten years plus and I would never go anywhere else! Fantastic and professional service ALWAYS! Thank you Craig and gang!
