I’ve been branded “difficult” because I’m particular in what I’m looking for and after a few very bad experiences these guys were a breath of fresh air. I viewed the van after travelling 3 hours. It was exactly as described in the advert which was a very pleasant surprise. The salesman was absolutely brilliant, very polite and helpful. I paid the deposit, he arranged an mot and PDI, the van was delivered free of charge 3 days later at the time we agreed upon by a lovely third party company. The logbook and spare key arrived two days later in the post. I had a personal mobile number to keep in touch and was updated every step of the way. Receipts and paperwork were all sent promptly too. Fantastic experience start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. It was worth the travel and time just for the buying experience.
Fantastic place, such a nice bunch of helpful people who keep a promise & get things working for you again, highly recommended. I was on holiday in an older Mercedes based motorhome with an already dodgy starter & then the alternator failed. Called them, took it in Tuesday & back on Wednesday when the parts arrived for fitting. They even found a problem I didn't know I had & fixed it for free as well. First class job, finished the holiday as planned & everything worked noticeably better than before! Thank you all very much!
Happy with the new brake pipe ends fitted and brake system bleed today. Top service and great value for a brake fluid leak fix. Very professional and reliable team from start to finish. Same day collection was a bonus.
Really friendly staff ,a little tricky to park though.
