Had the choice of 2 garages near me and I’m so glad I went to Steer. The communication was amazing, along with the customer service. It looks so much better, I’m so happy with the look of it and the service I received. Got it back within the same week, spot on the deadline they gave me for the repairs. Thank you :)
Our car was left for us to return too with damage to the passenger side in a car park. Insurers recommended Steer Exeter. Fantastic job done which was hassle free from start to finish. It is obvious the amount of quality workmanship goes into the work done. Would happily recommend 5🌟
Can't thank these guys enough, service has been top class from the first introduction. Sadly, my insurance company decided that my car was uneconomical to repair - Steer provided a courtesy car which was promptly delivered to my home address whilst repair quotes were passed between them and my insurance company. Although no repair was completed, the customer service was great. David was especially great, always responded to my emails if I couldn't reach anyone by phone. I work in the trade and service like this is hard to find! Many thanks all - keep up the amazing work
Quick update !!! Such a wonderful experience. One of the managers fix the issue with my car also as GWG tank my car. Lady in the office was fabulous with her briliant sense of humour. Now I can say - they are 1000% professional!!! I will be recomend for the future!
Second to none customer service from everyone involved from the front of house staff, estimator etc, hassle free experience from start to finish, pranged my car and this outfit worked in conjunction with my insurance company and so glad they did, fitted my car in at a mutually acceptable time and courtesy car was clean fresh and new, amazing job by the body work team for their repairs after my own fault accident, courtesy call part way through, was even completed a week before estimated time, and they were very relaxed about me picking it up at a convenient time for me, whole process faultless, customer service exemplary special thanks to Ellie who dealt with the pick up and the gentleman who's name i can't remember (apologies) also front of house who dealt with the drop off and courtesy car, highly recommended if your car needs bodywork repairs via insurance, very happy customer here thankyou all involved in getting me back on the road in my car
