Gareth on the desk sorted a time slot to get it assessed and then gave us a diagnosis and an honest cost and time estimate to fix. Then the guys in the workshop sorted it bang on both estimates. Had to go back a bit later for an unrelated lights issue, and one of the mechanics (Ryan) was able to sort us out whilst waiting for parts for the main job he was on at the time. Great service and great knowledge/expertise all round. Had used Sterretts before with similar outcomes, and will be using them again in future.
Great guys, I’ve been coming for years and will continue to. I went in with a punctured tyre and was fixed within 15 mins, free of charge. They always do a great job - highly recommend!
Sterrett’s have also provided a good service for me and recently they replaced a brake light bulb free of charge. I have used them quite a few times and they always do a good job.
Really like these guys - very decent and transparent with work and pricing. They did a great job fixing the air con and electric windows in my car and were also decent enough to look at some other car niggles without charging. Highly recommend.
Fantastic service and attention to detail. Did the right amount of work to a very high standard, friendly and great value for money. We had a family emergency and the team worked to accommodate us.
