I was thinking I was going to be stuck over the Christmas period when my clutch went on my car until Kaz at Surrey Auto works squeezed me in very last minute. Not only was my car fixed at very short notice but I was also updated every step of the way and received photos of the work taking place. Such a professional service. I will definitely be using now for anything further my car needs going forward.
Recently took our T5 Campervan to fix some electronical and external issues that we were facing with our T5 VW. 10/10 service. Professional, trustworthy and outstanding customer updates where delivered throughout the entire process. Highly recommend to anyone if you are after a reasonably priced and knowledgeable service.
Top company. If you have a classic VW, it is only place to go. Fixed all my minor issues for a reasonable price. Recommend.
Originally asked for a clutch quote which Kaz was able to price the best out of 5. I had other issues with my 2001 mini which the team were able to fix and they kept me up to date each day with progress. Good customer service- they like to go above and beyond for their customers and advised us on other cars to purchase in the future. Would choose to revisit if needed.
Today my car started to feel wrong on the motorway so I pulled off and googled car mechanics and this fabulous place come up. Miles away from home, I am so grateful for their kindness and ability for my car to be looked at and a problem diagnosed, parts ordered in 20 mins, I am writing this review whilst sat in the waiting area with a cup of tea and a cake. Hands down the best service ever, what lovely people and so professional too. Thank you
