Wow that’s all I can say. My partner is having radiotherapy. On our way to hospital in Colchester our battery light came on. Went to Halfords Colchester told it may be alternator or battery so we put a new battery on half way home battery light came on again. We came to The Tyre Centre told them we needed a new alternator. Explained our situation needing the car tomorrow for another hospital visit. These guys were on it. They took us home sorted the car came and picked us up even staying late to make sure we had the car back. We really can’t thank you enough. You made an incredibly stressful day much easier to cope with. Thank thank you thank you. Amazing service.
Went today with my son who has autism and they were fantastic from start to finish, got us into the waiting area offered a drink and biscuits, made my son and I feel comfortable and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Great selection of tyres for a good price as well from budget to premium and don’t try to upsell you like some places.
Brilliant service went above and beyond very fast service very happy 😊 Would recommend them to anyone
