from 47 reviews on GoogleI was blown away with how nice and professional the owner was. I’m always worried about taking a car (in this case a van) to a garage as I’ve had bad experiences in the past. This was the complete opposite. After calling this garage, I was asked to pop by so he could have a look. Unfortunately my van was to big to fit in he’s shop as it is on the big side, but that didn’t stop him spending a good 20 minutes of he’s time, plunging it in to a machine to find out the problem. He didn’t want any money for he’s time, just wanted to help. He told me what I need to do, which was a great help, as I now knew what to say to a van garage, which I have now sorted out. You don’t find companies like this no more, as it’s all about how much money they can get from each customer. I 100% recommended anyone who has a problem with a car, to take it to this garage. You will definitely be in good honest hands. If the gentleman who I dealt with (who I think he’s the owner) reads this, thank you so much again for your help, I really do appreciate it.
Been going here for years. Why? Cause I trust this dynamic double act. Always been efficient, honest and fair with me. And that has included many a time when they could have easily charged me more for less but didn't. Trust them with my....Vauxhall Zaphira..!😁
Rare to visit a garage where staff were friendly and had time to answer questions in a way we could understand and appreciate. Unlike the main dealer they didn’t attempt to have us change parts that had plenty of life in them. Have recommended numerous friends and family to the garage and everyone has had nothing but positive things to say.
Excellent service, completed spot on time, honest & friendly.... Could this be the Holy Grail of car garages ? Recommended to me, and will definitely use again.
