Had an emergency repair done a few years back and they were so helpful and accomdating. Went back for MOT today after being disappointed with another well known local garage. Thorpe Lane were reassuring, communicated every step of the way, weren't pushy and answered my questions respectfully which is a huge thing as a younger female driver. They did everything they could to make the repair and get my MOT passed as inexpensively as possible whilst doing what needed to be done for safety. All round happy.
Was fixing my own car and got to a part that i couldn't do as i didnt have the correct tool. Brought the part here and they sorted it out for a very reasonable price.
I visited this garage for the first time today as my engine light was on although the car is driving fine. The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. After a diagnostic scan I was shown the results and advised that no clear fault of concern could be detected. The mechanic explained that sometimes this can happen due to an oversensitive system and for reasons which are not a concern mechanically. The light cleared and I was advised to get in touch if I noticed any other problems. There was no charge to me at all. I shall certainly be returning for my MOT and any future work as the staff/owners are clearly good, honest people who care about their customers. Great service, much appreciated and highly recommended.
